 Campaign Update

Thank You for All Your Support and Good Will!

Running for mayor of Addison has been one of the most exciting experiences of my life. The best part of all is the fact I’ve made so many excellent new friends. Thank you to all of you who have worked so hard on the campaign. You gave up so many hours to volunteer your time and talents because you care so much about our town. I can’t ever thank you enough for your commitment!

Best wishes to Mayor Joe Chow, the new Addison Town Council and the city staff.

Addison resident Brian Nelson, 24, made history the other night. He videotaped the regular meeting of the Addison Town Council on April 14. "It’s a matter of public record," Nelson says. "YouTube is a powerful tool to transmit information to citizens of Addison and other areas including those who can’t get to the actual meetings."

 Protecting Addison's Future

As your mayor I will keep these points top of mind:

  •  Public safety must remain at the forefront.
  •  Addison is open for business!
  •  Keep expenses under control.
  •  Maintain a low property tax rate.
  •  Create greater transparency in government.
